Defining the Coach Approach

Picture
The Coach Approach is a distillation of the essential elements that comprise effective professional coaching.  Learning these elements makes you aware of when you are adopting - quite naturally - a coach approach in your personal and professional life.
  • The Coach Approach is a learnable, skills-based approach to communication that is designed to be used in multiple settings and cultures.
  • The core elements are accessible to all age groups, and work with individuals, groups and teams.
  • The Coach Approach is a distillation of what works.
From our own experience, we know it works, irrespective of professional discipline or background.  For example, if you are a parent and you want to be a better parent, the Coach Approach will be very useful. Equally if you are a team leader you will find the Coach Approach enhances your ability to get more out of your team.  As you use it with them, they will learn to use it with each other, and themselves.

Using a Coach Approach can result in:

  • Drawing the best out of people
  • Creating a collaborative environment
  • Real and respectful conversations
  • A positive style of relating that can be utilized anywhere, anytime
  • Helping people achieve extraordinary progress and clarity
  • A way of "being" which promotes self-discovery and an openness to new possibilities.

Join us in our vision that EVERYONE has access to the skills and way of being that are the essence of the Coach Approach.    Decide to play a bigger game by exploring how a coach approach can impact all parts of your life:  personal, business or spiritual.
