Bringing the Coach Approach to the World

​We believe that coaching has something to offer the world.  We - Ian McDermott and Pamela Richarde - have each been engaged in coaching, for over 30 years.  We have trained a generation of coaches and worked with individuals and organizations around the world. We know what coaching has to offer. We also know that coaching is too important just to be left to coaches!

We have found that coaching is much bigger than the ‘profession’ of coaching.  We want to make what makes coaching work, available to everyone.  This is part of our legacy.

Coaching is an approach that can be distilled and made available to anyone who has a respectful inquiring approach to other human beings.  It will get fast results.  It can improve personal and professional performance, dramatically.
