Ian McDermott: A thought leader in the field of leadership coaching, he is the man who brought Coaching and NLP together. In addition to being the author of fifteen books - including The NLP Coach, Your Inner Coach and The Coaching Bible – he pioneered the introduction of ICF accredited coach training in Europe.
The Founder of International Teaching Seminars he has trained a generation of coaches.
One of the original creators of the Henley MSc. in Coaching and Behavioural Change he is both External Faculty at Henley Business School and an Honorary Fellow of Exeter University where his focus is on entrepreneurship and innovation. Ian is also on the Global Advisory Panel of the Association for Coaching.
These days his primary focus is on making the Coach Approach available to people who have no interest in being coaches but who want to know how to draw the best out of others.
Pamela Richarde
Pamela Richarde: A Master Certified Coach, Pamela dedicates her energies to Professional Coaching and facilitating the training of coaching skills. She is a pioneer in the field, and one of the co-creators of the International Coaching Federation's (ICF's) core coaching competencies.
A seasoned facilitator, speaker and trainer, she has led hundreds of courses in both virtual and live settings, working with individuals in a variety of cultures, regions and business contexts. An experienced Executive Coach, with clients in both private and public sector business, her clients have also included artists, educators, entrepreneurs and small business owners; as eclectic a mix as her various studies over the years. Pamela is also a founding member of the Association of Coach Training Organization (ACTO) and a past president and board director of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Presently she is continuing to train and integrate bringing coaching and the coach approach to the world.
